PAGASA: Cloudy skies, scattered rains over Caraga, Davao Region

PAGASA forecasts cloudy skies with scattered rainshowers and thunderstorms in Caraga and Davao Region due to the trough of a Low Pressure Area (LPA), posing risks for flash floods or landslides.

Batanes and Babuyan Islands will experience partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated light rains from the northeast monsoon, while Metro Manila and other parts of the country will have partly cloudy skies with isolated rain showers due to easterlies and localized thunderstorms.

Moderate to strong winds and rough seas are expected in extreme northern Luzon, while slight to moderate seas are forecasted elsewhere.
