PAGASA forecasts light rains over Batanes, Babuyan Islands

PAGASA forecasts partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated light rains over Batanes and Babuyan Islands due to the northeast monsoon.

Metro Manila and other parts of the country may experience partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers caused by localized thunderstorms, which could lead to flooding or landslides during severe thunderstorms.

The northeast monsoon also affects Ilocos Region, Cordillera Administrative Region, and Cagayan Valley, bringing light rains to these areas on Tuesday.
