Amihan, thunderstorms bring cloudy skies, light rains

PAGASA forecasts cloudy skies and isolated light rains over the Ilocos Region, Cordillera Administrative Region, and Cagayan Valley due to Amihan.

Metro Manila and other parts of the country will experience partly cloudy skies with isolated rain showers from localized thunderstorms.

Flash floods or landslides may occur during severe thunderstorms; coastal waters in Luzon are expected to be moderate to rough while slight to moderate elsewhere.
