Isolated rains to persist across PH Wednesday

Isolated rains are expected across most parts of the Philippines on Wednesday due to the tail-end of a frontal system.

Scattered rain showers and thunderstorms will affect Batanes, Babuyan Islands, Cagayan, Isabela, Aurora, northern Quezon, and Polillo Islands.

The rest of the country will experience isolated rain showers or thunderstorms caused by localized thunderstorms.

Moderate to strong winds and rough seas will continue over northern Luzon while light to moderate winds with slight to moderate seas are expected elsewhere.
