San Miguel Beermen even series, win Game 4 over Ginebra 131-121

San Miguel Beermen defeated Barangay Ginebra, 131-121, in Game 4 of the PBA Governors' Cup semifinals on Wednesday at the Smart Araneta Coliseum, evening their series to 2-2.

Despite Justin Brownlee's 49 points for Ginebra, San Miguel maintained control throughout the game with a lead as high as 20 points in the fourth quarter, thanks to key performances from June Mar Fajardo and EJ Anosike.

Fajardo posted a double-double of 29 points and 16 rebounds, while Anosike contributed 27 points and 11 rebounds, helping San Miguel draw level once more in the semis.

San Miguel's second-half surge, led by Fajardo and Anosike who combined for 24 of the team's 37 points in the third quarter, secured their victory despite Ginebra trailing big after halftime.

Game 5 is set for Friday at Ynares Center in Antipolo City where both teams will look to gain a series lead and advance closer to a Finals showdown with either TNT or Rain or Shine.
