Bataan logs 39 recoveries, 44 new cases; 77 inmates infected

Bataan logged 39 new Covid-19 recoveries on Tuesday, bringing the total number of recoveries to 4,006.

The province also recorded two new deaths, a 70-year-old man from Orani and a 76-year-old man from Balanga City, increasing the death toll to 113.

Additionally, there were 44 new confirmed cases on Tuesday, raising the total number of cases to 4,576 with 457 active cases.

On Monday, Bataan reported 99 new Covid-19 cases, including 77 inmates at the provincial jail who have been isolated in Balanga City.
