DOH, DILG: Only Cebu City under ECQ

The Department of Health (DOH) and the Department of the Interior and Local Government (DILG) clarified that only Cebu City is under enhanced community quarantine (ECQ), not the entire Central Visayas region.

Cebu province, excluding Cebu City and Talisay City which are under ECQ and modified ECQ respectively, remains under general community quarantine (GCQ).

Bohol could potentially be placed under modified GCQ but opted to stay in GCQ as a precautionary measure.
