PAGASA forecasts isolated rains, light showers over PH

PAGASA forecasts isolated rain showers and light rains over parts of the Philippines on Monday due to easterlies.

Northern Luzon, including Ilocos Region, Cordillera Administrative Region, and Cagayan Valley, will experience partly cloudy skies with isolated light rains from the northeast monsoon.

Metro Manila and other regions will have partly cloudy skies with isolated rain showers or thunderstorms, particularly in eastern sections.

Moderate to strong winds and moderate to rough seas are expected over northern Luzon, while elsewhere, conditions will be lighter with slight to moderate seas.
