Amihan brings light rains over parts of Luzon

The northeast monsoon (Amihan) will bring cloudy skies and light rains over parts of Luzon on Tuesday, with isolated thunderstorms affecting other areas.

Batanes, Cagayan including Babuyan Islands, Ilocos Norte, Metro Manila, and the rest of Luzon will experience partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated light rains due to Amihan.

Visayas and Mindanao will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms, potentially leading to flash floods or landslides during severe storms.

Northern Luzon and coastal waters in the affected areas will see moderate to strong wind speeds moving northeastward, resulting in rough seas.
