PAGASA: Amihan brings light rains over N. Luzon

PAGASA forecasts partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated light rains over Northern Luzon due to the northeast monsoon or 'amihan'.

Ilocos Region, Cordillera Administrative Region, and Cagayan Valley are expected to experience isolated light rains.

Metro Manila and other parts of the country will have partly cloudy skies with isolated rain showers or thunderstorms, with possible flash floods or landslides during severe storms.

Moderate to strong winds moving northeastward will affect Northern Luzon, Central Luzon, eastern and western sections of Southern Luzon, eastern Visayas, and eastern Mindanao, resulting in moderate to rough coastal waters.
