PAGASA forecasts cloudy skies, light rains over Ilocos, 5 other provinces

PAGASA forecasts cloudy skies with light rains over Ilocos Provinces, Batanes, Cagayan, Isabela, Aurora, and the northern portion of Quezon due to the northeast monsoon on Wednesday.

Davao Region, Zamboanga Peninsula, Sarangani, Basilan, Sulu, Tawi-Tawi, and southern Palawan will experience cloudy skies with scattered rainshowers and thunderstorms due to easterlies and Intertropical Convergence Zone (ITCZ), potentially causing flash floods or landslides.

Eastern Visayas, Caraga, and Davao Region will have cloudy skies with scattered rains from the northeast monsoon, while Metro Manila and other parts of the country will see partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated light rain.
