SMC to build emergency facilities for military men positve for coronavirus
San Miguel Corporation (SMC) is constructing ten emergency quarantine facilities (EQFs) with 15 beds each, located near military hospitals across the country.

SMC President and COO Ramon S. Ang stated that the initiative is to help accommodate more patients as hospitals reach full capacity.
The company has also allocated P500 million for the procurement of personal protective equipment (PPE) for medical frontliners, with an initial commitment to purchase 10,000 PPE sets.
