Shear line to bring scattered rains over Bicol, Eastern Visayas

The shear line is expected to bring scattered rains and thunderstorms to the Bicol Region, Eastern Visayas, Caraga, Oriental Mindoro, Occidental Mindoro, Quezon, Marinduque, and Romblon.

Moderate to heavy rains in these areas may cause flash floods or landslides, according to PAGASA.

The northeast monsoon will bring light rains over Cagayan Valley, Apayao, Kalinga, Ifugao, Mountain Province, and Aurora.

Isolated light rains are also expected over Metro Manila, Ilocos Region, the rest of Cordillera Administrative Region, the rest of Central Luzon, and the rest of Calabarzon due to the northeast monsoon.

The rest of the country will experience isolated rain showers caused by localized thunderstorms.

Moderate to strong winds and moderate to rough seas will prevail over Luzon, the Visayas, and the eastern section of Mindanao.
