PAGASA forecasts cloudy skies and isolated rains across most of PH

Cloudy skies and isolated rains are expected across most of the Philippines due to the northeast monsoon and the easterlies, according to PAGASA.

The Bicol Region and Quezon will experience scattered rains and thunderstorms because of the easterlies.

Cagayan Valley and Aurora can expect cloudy skies with rains from the northeast monsoon, with warnings of potential flash floods or landslides.

Metro Manila and other parts of Luzon will continue to experience fair weather, especially in the morning until noon, but expect sudden rains due to easterlies.

The rest of the country will experience partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers or thunderstorms due to the easterlies.

While generally fair weather will continue to prevail in Visayas and most parts of Mindanao, scattered rains are expected in the afternoon and evening.

Caraga and Davao region will see cloudy skies the whole day and scattered rains and thunderstorms due to the easterlies.

PAGASA forecasts moderate to strong winds and moderate to rough seas in Northern and Central Luzon, while the rest of the archipelago will have lighter winds and seas.
