Batanes can expect cloudy skies with light rain from the Amihan, though no significant impacts are anticipated.

Metro Manila and the rest of the country will generally have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers or thunderstorms.

Severe thunderstorms in these areas could also lead to potential flash floods or landslides.

Coastal waters in Northern Luzon are forecasted to be moderate to rough, while the rest of the country will experience slight to moderate conditions.
