Yeng Guiao cautious to avoid suspension like Chot Reyes

Rain or Shine head coach Yeng Guiao admitted he is trying to maintain his composure to avoid a suspension similar to TNT coach Chot Reyes's.

Reyes missed Game 5 of the PBA Philippine Cup finals on Friday, July 4, after receiving a one-game ban for accumulating five technical fouls in the conference.

Rain or Shine secured a crucial victory against TNT with a 113-97 win, keeping them alive in the best-of-seven series.

Guiao currently has three technical fouls and is cautious about his behavior to avoid being suspended like Reyes, joking that he's 'near' the threshold.

The Elasto Painters are determined to prevent TNT from winning the Grand Slam, which would be a rare achievement in PBA history.

Game 6 of the finals is scheduled for Sunday, July 6, at the Araneta Coliseum.
