UST women's volleyball faces Far Eastern in UAAP opener despite injuries

UST women's volleyball team aims for a strong performance in UAAP Season 87 despite losing key players Jonna Perdido and Xyza Gula to injuries.

The team is optimistic about their chances as they prepare to face Far Eastern University on Saturday, February 15 at the Mall of Asia Arena.

UST captain Detdet Pepito said that while it's challenging to lose key players, the team remains ready for whatever comes their way.

With a relatively young roster led by rookie Marga Altea and others like Ashley Knop and Kyla Cordora, UST hopes to gain experience quickly as the season progresses.
