Tropical Storm Dante makes second landfall over Masbate

Tropical Storm Dante made its second landfall over Masbate early Wednesday morning.

The storm previously made its first landfall in Eastern Samar on Tuesday night, killing 3 people and leaving one missing.

PAGASA reported the center of Tropical Storm Dante was last spotted over Balud town, Masbate with maximum sustained winds of 65 kilometers per hour and gusts up to 90 kph, moving west northwest at 25 kph.

Signal No. 1 is raised in Metro Manila and 29 other areas due to the storm's impact.
