Over 3K stranded in ports due to TS Dante

As of Wednesday, June 2, a total of 3,007 individuals, including passengers, drivers, and cargo helpers, along with 73 vessels, three motorbancas, and 792 rolling cargoes are stranded across Eastern Visayas, Central Visayas, Northeastern Mindanao, Southern Tagalog, and Bicol regions due to Tropical Storm Dante.

The Philippine Coast Guard reported that an additional 87 vessels and 84 motorbancas are taking shelter as a precautionary measure against the storm's threat.

On Tuesday, June 1, the PCG had reported 1,761 individuals stranded in ports across Eastern Visayas, Central Visayas, Southern Tagalog, northeastern Mindanao, and Bicol Region due to TS Dante.
