TNT secures sixth win, extends streak vs Blackwater

TNT secured its sixth consecutive win in the PBA Philippine Cup by defeating Blackwater, 108-82, on Friday at Ninoy Aquino Stadium.

The Tropang Giga dominated the second half with a strong performance to extend their winning streak and maintain control of the game.

Jordan Heading was activated but did not play due to back issues; however, he expressed optimism about potentially joining the team for Sunday's crucial match against Barangay Ginebra.

Simon Enciso led TNT with 19 points including five three-pointers, while Kelly Williams contributed 15 points and seven rebounds.

TNT improved to a 6-3 record and is now tied with Barangay Ginebra and Rain or Shine in the race for the quarterfinals bonus, while Blackwater dropped to an 0-8 record after their sixth straight loss.
