TNT beats Phoenix 106-70 in PBA Commissioner's Cup

TNT bounced back from their upset loss to Terrafirma with a dominant 106-70 victory over Phoenix in the PBA Commissioner's Cup on Friday night.

Coach Chot Reyes emphasized that his team returned to its defensive roots and hopes this game will serve as a cautionary tale moving forward, especially since TNT has now secured a quarterfinals slot.

Import Rondae Hollis-Jefferson led TNT with a double-double of 15 points, ten rebounds, five assists, two steals, and two blocks, while Roger Pogoy contributed 12 points.

TNT improved to an 8-3 record in the import conference and will face San Miguel on Sunday, aiming for a top-two finish which would grant them twice-to-beat protection in the quarterfinals.
