Amihan brings rains over Northern Luzon

The Northeast Monsoon (Amihan) is affecting Northern Luzon, bringing cloudy skies with isolated to scattered rains over Cagayan Valley, Cordillera Administrative Region, and parts of Ilocos Region.

Flash floods or landslides may occur during moderate to heavy rains in affected areas.

Visayas, Bicol Region, Calabarzon, MIMAROPA, and Aurora will experience cloudy skies with scattered rain showers and thunderstorms due to easterlies.

Metro Manila and the rest of the country will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers from localized thunderstorms.
