Taguig preps 40 schools, mega centers for COVID-19 vaccines

Taguig City is preparing at least 40 schools and four mega-quarantine facilities, including the Lakeshore Complex in Lower Bicutan, as vaccination sites for the rollout of COVID-19 vaccines.

The city government has signed an agreement with Orca Cold Chain Solutions Inc. to use its facility in Barangay Bagumbayan for vaccine storage.

A dry run will be conducted with representatives from the Inter-Agency Task Force for the Management of Emerging Infectious Diseases and other agencies present.
