Six provinces under Alert Level 3 starting Jan. 28

Six provinces will be placed under Alert Level 3 starting January 28 due to rising COVID-19 cases.

The affected areas are Palawan, Camiguin, Davao Occidental, Dinagat Islands, Tawi-Tawi, and Sulu, with the alert level set to remain in effect until February 15.

Under Alert Level 3, indoor venue capacity is limited to 30% for fully vaccinated individuals, while outdoor venues can operate at 50% capacity if all employees are fully vaccinated.

Prohibited activities include in-person classes, contact sports, fun fairs, perya, and casinos.
