NCR, Cavite, Rizal at 'moderate risk' for COVID-19

NCR, Cavite, and Rizal are at moderate risk for COVID-19 based on OCTA Research.

OCTA fellow Dr. Guido David noted NCR's ADAR is 23.01, while Cavite's is 20.30 and Rizal's is 15.09.

NCR's case growth rate is -68%, with Cavite and Rizal at -65% and -66% respectively.

DOH announced on Friday that NCR's risk classification dropped from high to moderate due to a significant decrease in cases, with an average of 4,398 daily cases compared to 13,298 last week.
