Sisi Rondina named Press Corps Player of the Week

Sisi Rondina was named the Press Corps Player of the Week for her outstanding performance in leading Choco Mucho to the finals of the PVL All-Filipino Conference.

Rondina scored 32 points against Petro Gazz Angels and averaged double figures across all three semifinal matches, securing Choco Mucho's spot in the final series.

Choco Mucho will face defending champion Creamline in a best-of-three title series starting Thursday after completing a sweep of the round-robin Final Four.

In her post-match comments, Rondina emphasized the team's unity and defensive strategy as key factors for their success, noting that they focused on preventing opponents from scoring against them.

Rondina earned full support from journalists with 16 votes, surpassing other top players like Alyssa Valdez and Jema Galanza of Creamline.
