Roque defends late Rolly briefing: Expected landfall, Sunday

Presidential spokesperson Harry Roque defended the late briefing on Super Typhoon Rolly, stating it was held on a Sunday.

Roque explained that the government expected Rolly to make landfall on Sunday and all Cabinet secretaries were present despite it being a weekend to relay government readiness to aid affected areas.

The briefing took place after Rolly had already made two landfalls as a super typhoon in Catanduanes and Albay.
