PAGASA warns rains, thunderstorms over Cagayan, 4 other areas

PAGASA warns that Cagayan, Isabela, Kalinga, Apayao, and Ilocos Norte will experience cloudy skies with scattered rainshowers and thunderstorms due to the tail-end of a frontal system.

Flash floods and landslides are possible during moderate to heavy rains.

Easterlies and a tropical depression will also bring similar weather conditions to Aurora, Quezon, Kalayaan Islands, and parts of Bicol region.

In Batanes, the northeast monsoon will cause cloudy skies with light rain, while Metro Manila and other areas may experience isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms due to easterlies.
