Police arrest 8 suspects in drug ops, seize drugs, firearms across Cavite, Rizal, Laguna, Pampanga

Police arrested eight suspects involved in illegal drug activities and possession of unlicensed firearms across Cavite, Rizal, Laguna provinces, and Pampanga on Monday and Tuesday (Oct. 21-22).

The operations resulted in the seizure of over P530,000 worth of shabu and marijuana, as well as three illegal firearms.

In Dasmariñas City, Cavite, police arrested three suspects who were caught selling drugs to an undercover officer.

In Antipolo City, Rizal, a suspect was apprehended for allegedly possessing methamphetamine.

In Calauan town, Laguna, another suspect was nabbed in a buy-bust operation involving the sale of a loaded pistol and additional drug paraphernalia.

Law enforcers also arrested suspects in Calamba City, Laguna, who sold a revolver along with a rifle grenade, and San Fernando City, Pampanga, where two individuals, including a teen, possessed P578,000 worth of 'shabu'.
