PNP: Over 82K quarantine violators recorded in NCR amid Alert Level 3

As of Sunday, a total of 82,191 quarantine violators have been recorded in Metro Manila since the implementation of Alert Level 3.

The Philippine National Police (PNP) reported that around 55% of violators were warned, 38% were fined, and 8% faced other sanctions.

On Sunday alone, 8,602 new violators were recorded, bringing the daily average to 9,162 from October 16 to 24.

A total of 60,573 individuals violated minimum public health standards, while 21,159 people breached curfew rules.

Additionally, 459 individuals who are not authorized persons outside residence (APORs) were caught outdoors.
