PLDT beats Akari 3-0 in PVL All-Filipino Conference

Majoy Baron led PLDT's offensive efforts with 11 points, asserting that there is no score to settle between teams following their semifinal loss last year.

Akari struggled throughout the match, dropping their fourth game out of seven with Faith Nisperos being the only player to reach double digits with 11 points.
