Philippines reaches 70% full vaccination target

As of March 17, the Philippines has fully vaccinated at least 70% of its target population and administered over 1.8 million doses during the fourth national vaccination drive.

Nine regions have achieved full vaccination coverage of at least 70% of their target populations, while two regions need to increase efforts to reach at least 60% coverage.

The government aims to complete the primary series for at least 77 million Filipinos by end-March and 90 million by June 30, focusing on isolated areas with lower vaccination rates.
