Philippines adds Portugal, France to COVID 'red list'

The Philippines has placed Portugal and France under its 'red list' due to high risk of COVID-19 infection.

Portugal was added to the red list effective December 12 until December 15; travelers from this country arriving before December 15 must present a negative RT-PCR test taken within 72 hours prior to arrival and undergo facility-based quarantine with an additional RT-PCR test on day seven.

France was placed on the red list starting December 10 until December 13, following similar protocols for travelers requiring a negative RT-PCR test and mandatory facility-based quarantine.
