Palace: COVID-19 vaccines not for sale

The Palace clarified on Tuesday that COVID-19 vaccines in the Philippines are not for sale.

Harry Roque stated that President Duterte promised free vaccinations for all Filipinos, which will be paid for by the government.

Philippine Red Cross (PRC) chair Senator Richard Gordon initially mentioned a P3,500 charge for two doses of Moderna vaccine but later clarified it covers syringes, personal protective equipment, meals, and other expenses related to vaccination.
