Philippine Arena turns into 300-bed COVID-19 facility

The Philippine Arena in Bulacan has been turned over by the Iglesia ni Cristo to the government as a 300-bed quarantine facility for COVID-19 patients.

Named 'We Heal as One Center', the facility offers 24/7 healthcare, air-conditioned cubicles, free meals and internet connection.

The center will be staffed by 50 health workers from DOH and is expected to serve patients from Central Luzon.

Seven other mega community quarantine facilities have been completed nationwide with a total capacity of 1,976 people.
