PDEA raids drug den in Pagadian, arrests four suspects

On Tuesday afternoon, March 4, agents from the Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA) raided a drug den in Barangay Santo Niño, Pagadian City, arresting its owner and three others.

Maharani Gadaoni-Tosoc, director of PDEA-9, confirmed on Wednesday that all four suspects are now in custody.

The raid was based on reports from barangay officials regarding the suspects' drug trafficking activities and pot sessions they facilitate.

During the operation, P84,320 worth of shabu, drug paraphernalia, and ammunition for M16 rifles were seized.

Local officials and volunteer community watchmen assisted in closing down the drug den after its raid.
