PCOO: Essential work continues amid spike in coronavirus cases

The Presidential Communications Operations Office (PCOO) and its attached agencies continue essential work despite a spike in coronavirus cases among their personnel.

As of Thursday, Aug 6, PCOO reported 72 active Covid-19 cases with the National Printing Office having the highest number at 32 cases.

Three deaths have been reported: one from PCOO proper, one from PTV, and one from APO Production Unit. Additionally, four staff members have recovered.

The Quezon City office of NPO is closed until Aug 14 for disinfection and quarantine compliance, while RTVM's Manila office is closed until Aug 11 for similar reasons.
