PCG reports 59 COVID-19 cases, 52 recoveries

As of Saturday, June 27, 2020, the Philippine Coast Guard reported that at least 59 of its personnel have contracted COVID-19 with 52 recoveries.

PCG Spokesman Commander Arman Balilo stated in a TV interview that all remaining infected cases are not severe and most are asymptomatic.

Vice Admiral George Ursabia Jr. earlier confirmed on Friday, June 26, that there were 54 positive cases within the PCG, of which 12 are still recovering while 42 have recovered.
