Pangasinan officials face raps for ECQ party

Several officials in Pangasinan, including a village chief and town mayor, face legal charges for violating ECQ rules.

Lt. Col. Joseph Fajardo identified Barangay Poblacion East's chairperson Severino Tuazon as one of 16 individuals who attended a birthday party during the enhanced community quarantine on May 9.

PPPO director Col. Redrico Maranan stated that town mayor Timoteo Villar III and chief of police Capt. Peter Paul Sison are under investigation for allegedly holding a birthday celebration, leading to their immediate relief from duty pending an inquiry.
