DILG: Sinas' mañanita not deliberate partying but should not have happened

NCRPO chief Debold Sinas and his fellow policemen celebrated his birthday with a mañanita feast, which Interior Secretary Eduardo Año said was not deliberate partying but still should not have happened under the enhanced community quarantine.

Senator Francis Pangilinan called for those who attended to face penalties for violating quarantine protocols.

PNP chief Archie Francisco Gamboa denied that it was a party and stated that social distancing was observed, though Interior Secretary Año reminded officials to avoid such gatherings during ECQ.
