Typhoon Ulysses displaces 450 families in Pangasinan

Typhoon Ulysses displaced 450 families or 1,838 individuals in Pangasinan due to flooding and high-risk zones.

Evacuees were from towns including San Fabian, Bolinao, Sual, Infanta, Lingayen, Bani, Labrador, Bayambang, Dasol, Calasiao, Mabini, Aguilar, Rosales, Dagupan City, and Alaminos City.

Six individuals sustained injuries during road clearing operations in Infanta town when branches fell on them.

Prior to the typhoon's impact, Pangasinan was under blue alert with storm signal no. 3, and gale warnings were issued due to high waves caused by a cold front.

Residents of coastal areas in Sual, San Fabian, Bolinao, Bani, Lingayen, and Alaminos City were evacuated as the province prepared for potential storm surges.
