Palace urges public not to let guard down after Omicron cases confirmed

Malacaōang reminded the public on Wednesday not to let their guard down after two cases of the Omicron variant were confirmed in the Philippines.

Acting Presidential Spokesperson Karlo Nograles said the government would closely monitor developments and urged unvaccinated individuals to get vaccinated.

Health authorities lauded for early detection of the cases, which are part of the government's PDITR strategy.
