PAGASA warns shear line may cause flash floods

PAGASA warns that a shear line affecting eastern sections of southern Luzon and Visayas may cause flash floods or landslides due to scattered rain showers and thunderstorms.

Cloudy skies with isolated light rains are expected in Metro Manila and the rest of Luzon, while partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers will affect Mindanao and other parts of Visayas.

Moderate to strong winds and rough coastal waters conditions are forecasted in northern Luzon, while light to moderate winds and slight to moderate waters are predicted for the rest of Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao.
