PAGASA: Shear line brings rain over Bicol, LPA affects Davao

PAGASA forecasts cloudy skies with scattered rain showers and thunderstorms over Bicol Region, Oriental Mindoro, Romblon, Marinduque, Aklan, northern Samar, eastern Samar, and Samar due to a shear line.

Davao Region, Caraga, Sarangani, Surigao del Sur will experience cloudy skies with scattered rain showers and thunderstorms due to the trough of an LPA.

Metro Manila and rest of Luzon will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated light rains or thunderstorms due to northeast monsoon and localized thunderstorms.

Rest of Visayas and Mindanao will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers or thunderstorms due to localized thunderstorms.
