PAGASA: Shear line, Amihan bring rains over parts of PH

PAGASA forecasts cloudy skies and scattered rain showers over parts of Luzon and Mindanao due to a shear line and northeast monsoon.

Bicol Region, Eastern Visayas, Quezon, Laguna, Oriental Mindoro, Marinduque, Romblon, Aklan, Capiz, Dinagat, Surigao provinces will experience scattered rain showers and thunderstorms with possible flooding or landslides during moderate to heavy rains.

Cagayan Valley, Apayao, Kalinga, Ifugao, Mt. Province, Aurora, Quezon will have cloudy skies with light rains due to the northeast monsoon.

Metro Manila, Ilocos Region, Central Luzon, Cordillera Administrative Region and CALABARZON will experience partly cloudy skies with isolated light rains.

The rest of the country will have partly cloudy skies with isolated rain showers or thunderstorms.
