PAGASA forecasts scattered rain showers over parts of northern Luzon and Mindanao due to weather systems.

Scattered rains caused by the shear line will affect Batanes, Cagayan, Isabela, and other areas in northern Luzon.

The Intertropical Convergence Zone (ITCZ) will cause scattered rain showers and thunderstorms over Basilan, Sulu, Tawi-Tawi, Zamboanga Peninsula, and Davao Region.

PAGASA warns of possible flash floods or landslides during moderate to heavy rains in affected areas.

Metro Manila and other parts of the country will experience isolated rain showers due to localized thunderstorms.

A low pressure area embedded along the ITCZ may develop into a tropical cyclone by Tuesday or Wednesday, potentially entering the Philippine Area of Responsibility (PAR).

Gale warnings are issued for northern Luzon, advising fishing boats and small seacraft not to venture out into the sea due to strong winds and rough seas.
