PAGASA forecasts fair weather with isolated rain showers

The Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) forecasts generally fair weather across the archipelago due to easterlies on Tuesday.

Metro Manila will experience partly cloudy skies with isolated rain showers from localized thunderstorms, according to PAGASA’s morning forecast.

Palawan, Visayas, and Mindanao are expected to have partly cloudy to overcast skies with light to moderate rain showers due to the same weather conditions.

Wind speeds will be light to moderate from the northeast for Northern Luzon, while coastal waters will experience slight to moderate sea conditions across the country.

PAGASA warns of possible flash floods and landslides in some parts of the country due to these weather conditions.
