PAGASA forecasts fair weather in Visayas, Mindanao; scattered rain over Palawan

PAGASA forecasts fair weather over Visayas and Mindanao on Tuesday with chances of thunderstorms and rain in the afternoon.

Temperatures are expected to reach up to 34°C in Tuguegarao and up to 33°C in Metro Manila and Legazpi.

The southwest monsoon will affect the western section of Luzon, causing scattered rain showers and thunderstorms over Palawan with possible flash floods or landslides due to moderate to heavy rains.

Metro Manila and other parts of the country will have partly cloudy skies with isolated rain showers or thunderstorms due to localized thunderstorms.
