PAGASA: Easterlies bring scattered rain over Caraga, Davao Region

PAGASA forecasts scattered rain showers and thunderstorms over Caraga, Davao Region, Zamboanga Peninsula, Basilan, Sulu, Tawi-Tawi, and southern Palawan due to easterly winds on Monday.

Flash floods or landslides may occur during times of moderate to heavy rains in these areas.

Batanes and Babuyan Islands will have cloudy skies with light rain due to northeasterly surface windflow.

Metro Manila and the rest of the country will experience partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers or thunderstorms, also caused by easterlies and localized thunderstorms.
