PAGASA: Cloudy skies, isolated rains due to easterlies

PAGASA forecasts cloudy skies and isolated rain showers or thunderstorms over parts of the Philippines due to easterlies.

Metro Manila and other areas will experience partly cloudy to cloudy skies with possible flash floods or landslides during severe thunderstorms.

Extreme Northern Luzon will have light to moderate winds moving southeast to northeast, while coastal waters are slight to moderate.

The rest of the country will see light to moderate winds from east to northeast with slight to moderate coastal water conditions.
